About This Project
Final Hour is a charitable giving platform built on a simple idea: your time is valuable, so give the last hour of it to something that matters. Rather than asking for an open-ended donation, the platform frames giving in a unit everyone already understands — an hour of work — and lets supporters direct the value of that hour to the causes they care about.
Supporters choose their causes, set a giving cadence that suits them — daily, weekly, monthly or yearly — and the platform handles the rest. Featured campaigns surface current appeals, while a partner programme lets organisations bring the model to their own people. The result is recurring support for good causes that costs no extra skills and no extra time out of the working routine.
The platform is a React application with secure card processing through Stripe, social sign-in via Google, and Cloudflare in front for performance and protection.
